This is an electric drill bit that drives the oil pump in a V8 to pull oil through the engine before first running after a rebuild. Put the tool on to the Dizzy drive which primes the oil pump and makes the engine ready to fire up without risking damage due to oil starvation. This tool has a collar that prevents it slipping off the drive which is something missing from cheaper versions
